The workout!

Before every class the coach will provide an overview of the day's workout. During the workout you will expierance one minute blocks of time on the stair master, water rower, stationary bike, punching bag, cable assisted, and weight machine. There will also be floor exercises like the TRX suspension trainer, battle rope, free weights, bosu ball, wall ball, medicine ball, and more. Our workout is designed for all levels, and the mix of equipment and activities assures you won't get bored.

 

 

 

Our coaching staff will guide you on and off the gym floor and your accountability coach will meet with you weekly and communicate daily, so you'll achieve your established nutrition and attendance goals. Helping you become physically and mentally stronger is our goal!

 Your coach will guide you through your 5 unique heart rate zones: base, challenge, up hill, go zone, all out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 to 18 minutes with your heart rate elevated in the "go zone" to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories! Then immediately after class you can view your results on the United Fitness mobile app or by email, to see what you achieve and track your progress.
